Breathwork is an umbrella term for any breathing practice that changes the breathing pattern to help your wellbeing.

Breathwork techniques have been used for thousands of years in Eastern Cultures, as well as breathwork meditations that you can find throughout the globe and used in specific spiritual communities such as Buddhism and Shamanism. Throughout the ages, the breath has shown us how we can regulate our nervous system, tap into altered states, bring our bodies into homeostasis and help our overall mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Since the rise of conscious medicine and communities expanded into Western culture during the late 60s and 70s the breath has evolved into modern day practices and become a tool that we can tap into to help heal, harness and bring ourselves home to a healthier state of living as a human being.

There is a large variety of breathwork practices and it’s best to stay open minded when coming across the term. Everyone’s depiction is different depending on the practice used you can experience different physiological, physiological, emotional and spiritual outcomes.

WHAT IS CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK? (CCB)

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) intention is to helps deepen your mind body connection through a circular breathing motion.

The duration of a CCB journey is typically longer than your go to functional breathing practices which is why it can have cathartic effects. As you follow the breath inwards you may experience shifts in emotional states, have “aha” revelations or experience euphoric bliss.

During a CCB journey you will use the breath as a vehicle to drop into altered states of consciousness. Similar to a dream state but being conscious as opposed to asleep.
Most of society is disconnected from our body and wether you know that or not this practice allows you to reconnection, find safety within your skin, reestablishing a healthy home for your energy. Breathwork can have enlightening transformational qualities as well as being incredibly healing as encourages emotional & nervous system regulation. By connecting with the breath we invite the body to do the talking. This invitation can be the key to positively impacting you psychologically, physiologically, emotionally & spiritually.

  • The breath knows what it is doing, we have been breathing beyond our conscious awareness via our subconscious / our inner wisdom throughout our life time this is what keeps us alive.

    The connected breathing technique itself requires conscious effort to keep your breath moving in a circular motion where the breath has no breaks or pauses between inhale and exhale.
    This technique can moves you into an altered states of consciousness where the breath is used as a vehicle for change in energy. As you consciously use your breath to drop into your subconscious and indeed every cell of your body. This process releases trauma, blockages and guides you to awaken raw energy and bliss filled states of being.

    However everyone experiences the breath differently so it keep an open mind free of expectation on what your journey may look, feel and be like but the transformational qualities are available to you wether you are aware of them or not during and post breath.

    Sometimes breathwork sessions can leave you speechless because what you experience is beyond reason and logic but when we consciously breath in this way we are inviting change and taking control of our egoic mind and standing for our higher good willing to actively participate in this breath to be open to the possibility of change and transformation

    Please be sure to let your breathwork facilitator know of any mental health issues, high blood pressure, medication your are currently taking or other health conditions you may have to ensure this style of breathwork is safe for you to practice. If you are concerned please contact your medical health advisor or GP to give you guidance for wether you may participate in this practice prior to a breathwork journey. Your overall wellbeing is always number one.

  • Unfortunately there is a no refund policy . Please be very clear that when you subscribe to a service you are committing to the investment.

    But just as any experience you can only simple learn from them, life doesn’t offer refunds on time & energy.

  • Yes you can! I ask for a 4 hour buffer for rescheduling out of curtesy.

    If you do not book in your session within 6 months however and cancel over 3 times this could mean you forfeit the session and will not receive a refund.

    I will do my best to help you reschedule a session to a time that is fitting but please communicate with me so we can come to a suitable time that will give the opportunity to receive the session.

    If you can not reschedule and the session is no longer something you are interested in rather than wasting the value of it I encourage you to gift this session to a friend who may need or be interested in it instead.
